 Good news! PayPal is offering subsidized return postage costs with returning online purchases. The postage cost incurred by yourself in returning the item(s) back to us may be refunded by PayPal. If payments made on the VKstores website are processed by PayPal.  You do not need a PayPal account to be eligible for the PayPal return postage promotion. Please refer to the following for further information: https://www.paypal.com.au/returns/

VKstores offer a ‘no hassles’ return policy.Buying Sarees, clothing and accessories online can offer savings and convenience, however we understand that it doesn’t give you the opportunity to try things on and ensure that the products fit or suit your requirements. VKstores offer you the opportunity to return the items you purchased in original and unused condition within 14 days of purchase.

For items/products:

 1. If you think, you have received the product in a bad condition or if the packaging is tampered with or damaged before delivery, please refuse to accept the package and return the package to the delivery person. Also, please call our customer care at 9712032885 or email us at support@vkstores.com mentioning your Order ID. We will ensure that a brand new replacement is issued to you with no additional cost. Please make sure that the original product tag and packing is intact when you send us the product back.


 2. All refunds will be processed within 5-7 days of receiving returned product. It will remain the customers responsibility to return the product in unused condition. There should not be any signs of wear and tear on either the product or the box to be eligible for a refund.

For service:

 1. If you wish to cancel the service, please inform us within 2 days of placing your request for service, full refund will be given.

 2. 14 days money back guarantee - This only applies to unstiched products. Please note - No refund applied to stitched products.



How do I return item(s)?


If you require to return your item, please contact us via the contact form on the website: click here and we will email you back return instructions. In the event that you receive an item and you decide you no longer want it or you have purchased the wrong size you may post the item back to us at your own cost. Once returned you have the following options:


Customers in India:


Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.


Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid)  E.g. Item costs Rs100 + Rs10 shipping, you will be refunded Rs100. Please note if you have used a coupon code for your purchase and are returning an item to us for a refund, we will be refunding you the item cost less coupon discounted amount less postage.


Customers outside of India:


Exchange: You may pick another item from our range (of equivalent value) and we will send this to you at our cost. If the value of your exchange is more you will be required to pay the difference, if less you will be issued with store credit.


Refund: If you elect this option you will be refunded the item cost (which does not include the shipping paid) E.g. Item costs Rs100 shipping costs Rs30, total initially paid = Rs 130 you will be refunded Rs 100. Please note if you have used a coupon code for your purchase and are returning an item to us for a refund, we will be refunding you the item cost less coupon discounted amount less postage.


Any item returned back to us must be sent back in THE SAME condition as received, items must sent be sent back unworn included all original box, packaging, tags etc. Failure to do so may result in a return/refund not being granted. Items must be returned to us no later than 14 days after the original purchase date. Items must be sent back via a traceable postage product, we do not take responsibility for items lost in transit. If you elect to exchange your product the exchange will be sent in a timely manner. Shipping times will vary depending on the item you choose.


If after you have received your 1st exchange item, and wish to return this item to us, we can offer you an exchange or store credit of item cost for your purchase. We can offer a customer up to 1 exchange per transaction where we will offer complimentary return shipping to you. If you require more than 1 exchange per transaction, we will require you to pay the shipping costs.
